Print the Order Form - Click here to open the
order form.
It is a Microsoft Word file and
can be easily printed
after opening. After you click on the picture just
choose OPEN and the form should open in your own
Internet screen, then choose to print it on your
printer.
Fill in Your Order

Simply indicate the items and quantity of the wines
wanted and fill in your shipping and billing
information. Don't forget to add
shipping costs
(see the
shipping table below or printed on page two of the order form).
NOTE:
Be sure to provide the phone number (with area code)
where you can be reached as all orders must be confirmed
by phone.
 Send
Your Order - You may use any method
convenient to you. You may FAX your completed order to
727-347-1404, CALL your order to 800-338-7929
(Toll Free) or
MAIL
your completed order to the address listed on the upper
right hand side of this page.

We will promptly fill and ship your order per your
instructions. Be sure to include your contact
information so we can call or e-mail you with any
questions we have about your order.
Wine parcels cannot be left on
premises without an adult signature.
Unfortunately we are not able to ship wine to
the following States: Alabama, Arkansas, Maryland,
